occupying time

I love stumbleupon. I could get hooked 'stumbling' for hours. I'm sitting here, waiting for Amanda to come pick me up so we can go to the park. Well everyone must be busy because FB is pretty slow today and I did all my creeping last night ;) So what else is there to do? Start stumbling! And I came across this:

military humor
And I don't care if it's Army pics. They're still funny! I could just imagine Pat doing this stuff, it makes me happy.

Oh! Pat got promoted today! His LCPL Carey now ;) I'm happy for him. I know he's going to work hard on getting CPL next. And the little bit of extra money we will get now will really help, I think! I can't wait to see him! Only 4 more days! I know he's hating Fort Pickett, but it's almost over. He won't be home long though. California is in April. Blah. I just want him to get better; he's really sick. I can't wait to take care of him when he gets home!

The nights I don't dream about you, are the nights I stay up just thinking of you.

I don't feel good at all. I don't know what's wrong with me. I did drink too much on Super Bowl Sunday and was hungover Monday, but I shouldn't be feeling like crap still. And the way I felt Monday wasn't normal either. Pat decided we should get a pregnancy test. We aren't trying to have a baby and it would be very unlikely that I could have even gotten pregnant. But I just feel weird, too weird. And it could explain it. Mom agrees.

This would not be good timing for a baby, though. Not at ALL. And Pat will be veryyyyy upset. Mad, even. We just couldn't do it. And I know he firmly believes that if he dies in Afghan, then a baby would be a burden for me. And he refuses to get me pregnant and then die. Which is absolutely ridiculous. A baby would help me cope with his death if that happened and then I would have a piece of Pat with me always. He doesn't see it that way and we argue about it all the time. I've talked to other Marine wives and their husband's have the same messed up concept. Guys are dumb.

My head feels like it's just going to roll off of my shoulders. I feel so lazy. I don't want to move. I don't want to leave the house. I lose weight when I drink then two days later I've gained 4 pounds and I barely ate anything! I've been working out and not losing weight. Adjusted my eating habits, yes some days I fail. Headaches constantly. Not consistent bowel movements, chest pain above my breasts, cramps when I'm no where near my period. I should go to the doctor but I'll be leaving after Pat does, to go home and get my name changed [FINALLY] and that's soon.

Maybe when I get back. But I know I'm just going to wait it out and let my body do it's thing.

blah.

Day 22 [I finally figured out the Matrix!]

I'm so excited, I finally figured out the Matrix. I printed it out yesterday and its in calendar form but without dates and I figured out when Pat had arrived at Parris Island and it all adds up so now I can follow him! On the Parris Island forum they put the week up and what the recruits are doing day to day. But I couldn't figure out if those were the current week or the week before but now I got it all figured out. I'm so happy. I saw when the Gas Chamber is, and that makes me a little nervous but I know Pat will over come anything put in his way!

I colored my shout out signs for Pat. I might try to take a few pics before I go to work today. I wrote I love and miss you xoxo, and split it between four papers. So, I'll have four photos then I think I'll put them together instead of sending them separately. He'll like it. And I just got my hair colored so he's going to LOVE the blonde =)

I wanted to update real quick but I gotta go.
I didn't get a letter today, so my day's a little thrown off but there's always tomorrow!!

♥youPat!
